Conditions of participation for the
"Dallmer competition"

1. Organizer

The organizer of the competition is Dallmer GmbH + Co KG, Wiebelsheidestraße 25, 59757 Arnsberg, Germany (hereinafter referred to as "Dallmer").

2. Eligibility to participate

Only natural persons who have reached the age of 18, are resident in the EU and have correctly completed all mandatory fields in the entry form are eligible to participate. Employees of Dallmer and their relatives are excluded from participation.

3. Participation period and competition dates

The prize draw will begin on January 13, 2025 and end on November 30, 2025 and will be held quarterly on the following dates:

March 31, 2025
June 30, 2025
September 30, 2025
November 30, 2025

4. Participation requirements

Participation is only possible by completing the online questionnaire on the website www.dallmer.com/competition. All mandatory fields on the form must be completed correctly.

5. Profits

The following prizes will be raffled off:

• 4 Makita construction site radios (1 per quarterly draw)
• 100 give-away packages (25 per quarterly draw)

The prizes presented as part of the competition may differ from the items actually handed over. A cash payment, change or exchange of the prizes is excluded. There is no entitlement to guarantee or warranty.

6. Determination of profits and notification

The winners will be selected at random at the end of each quarter. Notification will be sent by e-mail to the address given on the entry form within 14 days of the respective prize draw date. If a winner does not reply to the e-mail within 7 days of notification, the claim to the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn.

7. Publication of the winners

Participants agree to their names being published on the Dallmer website and/or Dallmer's social media channels if they win. In the event of a main prize, the winners also agree that a photo of the presentation of the main prize may be taken and used for communication on the Dallmer website and/or Dallmer's social media channels.

8. Disclaimer

Dallmer accepts no liability for technical problems that may affect participation in the competition or for delays or failures due to force majeure.

9. Data protection

In order to participate in the competition, the following data will be collected: name, first name, title, company, sector, address and e-mail address. By entering the competition, you agree that the data provided by you in the form may be used for the purposes of the competition and may be transferred to our CRM and used to inform you about future offers on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO).
