DallFlex 115 – the turbo drain for higher structures Standard-compliant, flexible and secure

Floor structures in new builds are getting higher. There are two reasons for this: firstly, the changed building standards, and secondly, the legal requirements for energy saving. This is because higher insulation packages have to be used. Arnsberg-based drainage specialist Dallmer has responded with a higher drain body within its DallFlex shower channel family: DallFlex 115 for 115 mm installation height. It meets all standards for level-access showers and therefore offers the best possible safety. The DallFlex 115 complies with the following standards: DIN 18534: waterproofing standard; DIN 18560-2: screed standard; DIN EN 1253: testing standard for floor drain; DIN 4109 and VDI 4100: sound insulation standards. A plus point of the DallFlex 115 turbo drain is also its higher flow rate of up to 1.10 l/s with 20 mm of water over grate. The flexible installation feet can be adjusted to a height of 250 mm.

Save 30 minutes when insulating

Users can also save 30 minutes when insulating: with the DallFlex 115 sound insulation element, you can connect the insulation directly without the time-intensive work of cutting and lining. It offers another advantage, especially for bigger projects: the straight edge of the sound insulation element ensures that the interface between the plumber and screed layer is properly regulated. The soundproofing element can easily be ordered as an accessory for the DallFlex 115 drain body. 

Dallmer offers a range of different DallFlex drain bodies to suit every possible installation scenario: Floor drains for installation heights from 90 and 115 mm are available for new builds. For renovations, the drainage specialist can cover lower installation heights from 30 and 65 mm. As a modular system, DallFlex is always designed according to the same principle. As a result, it offers maximum processing reliability. In addition to the DallFlex drain body, the DallFlex system family includes 10 shower channels that cover a range of design options and budgets. For wall and surface, visible accent and invisible solution, coloured, tileable and for thin-layer design floors: the DallFlex shower channels open up a range of possibilities for bathroom design.
